Twitter Freezes a user account for threatening to kill a mosquito

Twitter takes bullying seriously, perhaps too much, to shut down an account for a user who threatened to kill a mosquito!

The Japanese user @nemuismywife posted a picture on Twitter to a mosquito who had a disk while watching television, and angrily threatened to say Die Any Muti.

Then the user received a message from Twitter stating that his account had been frozen forever and would not be recovered. According to SoraNews24, the letter indicated that its publication contained threats and this is contrary to the terms of service.

The Japanese user created another account @DaydreamMatcha, and denounced the Twitter decision. Said in his publication, that his account was closed after he was said to have killed a mosquito, is this a violation?

The rise in cyberbullying and cyberbullying is one of Twitter's biggest problems, so it has announced a new algorithm last year to detect abuse behavior, possibly leading to a ban on Japanese users. The question is about Twitter policy and its effectiveness.

It seems to us that the algorithm works by detecting certain words beside the meaning of the general text, which means that the algorithm may confuse the serious and the joking with the use of synonyms that use the same meaning, and the tweets may be classified as abuse while not actually considered, as with the Japanese. So Twitter's artificial intelligence seems to need a lot of sophistication.
