What is YouTube Heroes?

Is a program launched by YouTube aims to improve the experience on YouTube through the participation of members in reporting inappropriate content, add labels and translation texts and share their information with other users. On the other hand, points are calculated and, by using them, are encouraged by a set of "exclusive" features that YouTube gives them. Why did the YouTube Heroes show controversy?
When YouTube's "Heroes" was launched last month, many YouTube users expressed their displeasure with this new program, calling it "the end of YouTube." In short, what I understand is that they are concerned about the advantages given to avoidance, including reporting clips in a complex manner. If a person or group of people dislikes a channel, they may report a large set of clips "somewhat similar to the DDOS attack" and cause many of them to be scanned, so the channel may be permanently closed. But this is a fallacy for me because this reporting feature is only for aggregated reporting, only for shortening time and effort. If YouTube finds the content non-infringing, if it has been reported significantly, it will not be "wiped out as far as I know".
Finally, we hope to share your views and comments on this program
