Qualcomm plans to ban sales of iPhone phones
The war between two giants of the digital world seems to be continuing and a candidate for development in the coming period, according to new press reports that Qualcomm has sued Apple to stop manufacturing and selling its iPhone smartphones.
Bloomberg reported that after Qualcomm filed a lawsuit against Apple in Germany aimed at halting iPhone sales in the European country, China is the most important market for the US company, prompting Qualcomm to sue Apple in which it prohibits manufacturing and marketing Mobile Phones for iPhone.
The suit filed with the Chinese court in Beijing at the end of last month comes because of what Qualcomm has described as an infringement of intellectual property rights in some of the technologies used by Apple on its iPhone smartphones without any financial compensation. According to Qualcomm, with three patents in particular, while Apple considered it merely a maneuver.
If Qualcomm's success succeeds, Apple may suffer significant losses, especially in the current period on its new iPhone 8 and iPhone X and China's importance in manufacturing and market these devices.
